Microfiltration Automatic Plants
It’s an automatic microfiltration plant who work with an easy software through a touch screen display,
This system is completely automatic and it's studied to work 24 hours, one part filters the wine meanwhile other part washes the other filter ; the 2 big tanks is full of hot water and the water come inside the filters with air pressure.
It work in 3 principal phases:
- Microfiltration of liquid
- Out of liquid with nitrogen
- Washing with water and detergent (phase 3)
- Washing with only water (phase 4)
- Out of liquid with nitrogen
- Washing with water and detergent (phase 3)
- Washing with only water (phase 4)
With this system you have no lead time in the filtration process that is a very big advantage.
